6.0· Beach · Norfolk
Waxham Beach is a quiet, open sandy surf mark backed by dunes, usually reached by parking locally and walking over the dunes or along the beach. It fishes best around a flooding tide and into dusk, with mobile surf fish, flatfish and winter species providing the main interest; conditions can change quickly in a strong easterly sea.
