• On larger tides there is more water over the sand, but expect stronger side-sweep and be ready to use a grip lead.
• A moderate onshore breeze can colour the water and improve bass or whiting prospects, provided the sea remains safe to fish.

The hard promenade is relatively accessible, but loose sand, steps and uneven approaches can make a full beach session difficult for anglers with limited mobility.
