6.0· Beach · Suffolk
A long, exposed shingle-and-sand beach below Dunwich Heath, reached on foot from the heath car parks and beach access paths. It is a classic Suffolk open-coast venue: best worked around a flooding or ebbing tide, with clean ground for distance casting, occasional deeper gullies, summer bass and rays, and winter whiting, dab and codling opportunities.
