6.3· Rocks · North Yorkshire
Cloughton Wyke is a rugged, tide-covered rock mark beneath the cliffs north of Scarborough, reached on foot via coastal paths and a steep, uneven final approach. It is a rough-ground venue best suited to mobile anglers fishing gullies, kelp edges and deeper water at flood tide, with winter cod fishing and summer pollack, wrasse and mackerel the main draws.
