6.3· Rocks · North Yorkshire
Port Mulgrave is a rugged former harbour and rocky-scar mark beneath the cliffs near Hinderwell, reached by a steep, uneven descent and best fished with care around the tide. It is a classic North Yorkshire rock-fishing venue: rough-ground baits can produce cod and coalfish in cooler months, while lures and float-fished baits take pollack and mackerel in summer.
